LATEST WORK

I planned, wrote and scripted this new podcast by Boots and it was one of Apple’s ‘New and Noteworthy’ recommendations. It cuts through the jargon to provide real health and wellbeing advice in an accessible and, most importantly, entertaining way. Hosted by the excellent Vogue Williams, it doesn’t shy away from tackling the more awkward, absurd or serious aspects of everyday life. The first episode, on anxiety, featuring Jamie Laing is my favourite. He and Vogue discuss the reality of living with anxiety and are incredibly funny about it. Other subjects include gut health, sleep, what having a baby does to your body and there’s also a ‘bloody good chat about periods’ (see what I did there?). You can have a listen here.
