I have been a freelance journalist for over 10 years, working for the biggest magazines, newspapers and websites in the UK (and occasionally the US). I’ve reported on travel, women’s rights, mental health, entertainment, sport, wellbeing, topical features, and celebrity for titles including Stylist, Women’s Health, Red, Marie Claire, Balance, The Mirror, Good Housekeeping, Runners’ World, heat!, Esquire, ShortList, and Fabulous. I was Cosmopolitan’s resident columnist for 18 months, with a page in the magazine and a weekly blog online. I have interviewed everyone from Joan Collins to One Direction and once got stuck in a lift with Shakira.
I am proud of the long-term relationships I’ve built with companies and individual titles. My selling points are a friendly tone-of-voice, an eye for detail, and an ability to write for any demographic – any age, gender or interest. Here is a selection of some of my work, separated into topics rather than titles to give a broader overview. Hope you enjoy them!
